HYDERABAD: Following the instructions of the state government to dispose off all the pending Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) applications by February 28, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation will conduct ‘LRS Mela’ from February 26 to 28 at all Zonal Offices of GHMC. The Zonal City Planners should make all necessary arrangements for timely disposal of LRS applications during the Mela and adhere to government Instructions.
The Center for Good Governance (CGG) team will provide onsite support at each zone. The CPs will also coordinate with Zonal FAs for clearance of ERPs of DD on the same day so as to issue proceedings on same day. All the staff involved in disposal of LRS applications will ensure that all the applications are attended by the end of disposal date fixed by state government by February 28 till end of day.
