KOCHI: A big data technology start-up from Kerala ‘Corporate360’, which has presence in five countries and the first firm in Asia to offer innovative marketing data software for global markets, is looking to expand its operations in India.

Corporate360, founded in 2012 and incubated at the Startup Village in Kochi since 2014, offers low cost Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) applications to help companies gather valuable business intelligence, analyse trends and social sentiments to fine-tune and implement marketing campaigns.

With corporate headquarters in Singapore and offices in California, London and Manila, besides Kochi, Corporate360 serves more than 90 international clients including IT giants HP, Dell, Oracle, SAP and IBM. The company has launched a major recruitment drive to nearly double its staff strength to 50 by the end of this year.

Corporate360 founder and CEO Varun Chandran says that the company is buoyed by extremely responsive North American and European markets and is making quick inroads in Asia as well.

“As such, we are planning to tap into the talent pool in India as we expand our operations here,” he said. “We were the first start-up to bring IT jobs to rural areas of Kerala when we opened our office at Pathanapuram in Kollam where we have 20 engineers working now. We expect our ongoing recruitment drive to similarly attract the best.”

According to Varun, what sets Corporate360 apart in the sales & marketing data intelligence space is that the company’s offer of low-cost Data-as-a-Service model ensuring the most accurate leads through a SaaS-based sales intelligence and analytics software with real-time updates instead of the conventional, generic, low return-on-investment, flat fee based data sourcing projects.

“Our algorithms are customisable and fetch data that are relevant and highly specific to the needs of the clients. Which means, for one, companies do not have to hire additional staff or rely on market research firms for marketing & competitive intelligence; and secondly, the streamlined data they get enables them to develop highly targeted sales campaigns for tailored messaging. In today’s digital world, there is so much of data available out there. We are leveraging BigData technologies and Data science to help B2B marketers with bets-fit campaign data and predictive analytics. Corporate360 has patents pending on four innovative software products that have the potential to revolutionise data analytics,” says Varun.

The company is also in advanced stages of discussions with venture capitalists to explore raising capital and is in the final stages of acquiring a BigData software company in India.

In Kerala, Corporate360 has demonstrated its social commitment by conducting programmes to raise awareness on women’s empowerment. Three-quarters of the company’s workforce is made up of educated women.
