KOCHI: Nucleus Premium Properties announced its new luxury waterfront villa project at Devalokam in Kottayam.

N P  Nishad, managing director, said that Nucleus Bayvue, the new villa project, will have 34 luxury villas featuring advanced amenities. With areas ranging from 1350 sq ft to 2600 sq ft, these villas will be priced from `59 lakh to 1.35 crore.The project will include waterfront bungalows and 3 and 4 bedroom villas. Nishad also announced that the first phase of the project, including the villas, will be completed within 18 months.

Second phase, with an apartment project, will be launched shortly. Nucleus Bayvue will feature luxurious amenities, including private boat jetty, waterfront club house, gym, health club, yoga centre, two luxury guest suites, indoor game area, children’s play area and centralized cooking gas.

Edifice, a well known architect firm, which has designed prominent residential projects in the country, has designed Nucleus Bayvue.
