KOCHI: The agency authorised by the Kuwait Government for conducting medical examination of Indians visiting the Gulf country said it had made the health screening process foolproof.
Earlier, Khadamat Integrated Solutions Pvt Ltd (KISPL), which is the sole facilitator authorised by the Kuwait Government for the screening process, had discontinued its operations in Kochi after job aspirants staged protests alleging that the firm was charging exorbitant fees for medical screening. KISPL resumed operations in Kochi in mid- September. “Khadamat has acted in good faith, in coordination with the Government of Kerala, in resuming operations,” said Public Services Company (PSC) foreign projects coordinator Adel Nasser Al-Jumhour at a press conference here on Friday. KISPL is a subsidiary of PSC.
