KOCHI: The Southern Railway has announced that trains would be regulated on the Ettumanur -Vaikom Road stretch in the Kottayam section on Wednesday, in connection with the ongoing track-doubling work between the two stations.
Meanwhile, a special stoppage has been allotted to the Banglore-Kanyakumari Express (Train No 16526) at Edappally on the same day.
Railways has also allowed special halt for the Guruvayur-Punalur-Guruvayur Fast Passenger at the Nellayi railway station in Thrissur for six months - from November 25, 2015 to May 25, 2016 - on an experimental basis.
