KOCHI: A unique get-together ‘Born2Live’, for children admitted to the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) for serious illnesses and those who have undergone special  treatment for critical diseases was held here at the Aster Medcity the other day. The children were felicitated as ‘little superheroes’ who have successfully fought their medical conditions, emerging stronger.

Felicitating the kids, Aster DM Healthcare chairman and managing director Dr Azad Moopen said, “We are here today to celebrate life with these children and their parents. They have come through challenges life has thrown at them with a smile on their face. These little superheroes have a lot to teach us about life. We are proud to have played a part in helping them fight their illness and bring them back to health.”
Cine artist Govind Padmasurya also attended.
