KOCHI: In a gruesome incident, a 58-year-old in North Paravur allegedly murdered his 22-year-old son by slashing his neck before hanging himself from the ceiling of his house because of ‘behavioural aberrations’ of his son, the police said on Wednesday. According to the officers, though a suicide note was found at the crime scene the probe is still on.
“A note was found in which he cites the anger towards his son’s behaviour as the reason for the extreme step. However, a probe led by the Circle Inspector is on,” the police said.
