KOCHI: The feast at Basilica of Our Lady of Ransom, Vallarpadam began with Bishop of Kottappuram Joseph Karikkassery hoisting the flag on Friday. There will be Holy Mass and Novena from 6 am.
Archbishop of Verapoly Joseph Kalathiparampil will be the main celebrant at the Holy Mass at 10 am on September 24, the feast day.
The Holy Mass will be followed by Novena and procession. The feast will conclude with a 13-hour eucharist adoration following Holy Mass at 6 am on October 2. The feast will come to an end with the Holy Mass at 5.30 pm on October 2.
