KOCHI: The Harley-Davidson owners here known as the Spice Coast Hog held a rally to spread awareness about childhood cancer. Cine actress RimaKallungal along with paediatric oncologist Dr HariSankaran (Amrita Hospital) and Dr Raghu, paediatric oncologist (Aster Medcity) flagged off the rally at the Durbar Hall Ground in the morning.
Around 25 bikers participated in the rally which started from Durbar Hall ground and ended in front of Prestige Apartments on Chathiath Road.Bindu N Nair, founder and managing trustee of Aroh, an NGO for children with cancer and their families with offices in Coimbatore and Kochi, Shruti Kiran, programme coordinator of Aroh Kochi as well as children and their parents, volunteers and supporters of Aroh took part.
