Bid to Attack Journalist,Husband

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:  A group of unidentified miscreants tried to attack a mediaperson and her husband at their office at Pippinmoodu here on Sunday. The Museum police have registered a case in connection with the incident. The Police suspect that it was a case of moral policing carried out by some anti-socials.

“The couple - Jisha Elizabeth and her husband John - was working at their office at Bhagavathy Nagar in Pippinmoodu.

“When some of the people tried to shoot the incident, the miscreants also tried to grab their mobile phones. However, we began an investigation and the culprits would be arrested soon,” a police official said.
