‘Run for Heart’, a charity run will take place in Kochi on October 11. The charity run is organised by Le Meridien, Kochi in association with Heart Care Foundation.
The event is organised as part of hotel’s initiative to encourage volunteer services and other social initiatives.

We organised charity run for the first time in last year and with the response we got, we thought of continuing it, as we are confident that ‘Run for Heart’ will accomplish more than we ever could do alone,” says Monica Suri, general manager.
‘Run for Heart’ will be a 5 km run starting from the Hotel premises to Kannadikadu and then back to the starting point.
Registration is priced at `500. As part of the registration package, participants will receive T-shirt, bottled water and light refreshments. Interested participants can contact at 0484 2705777 before October 9.
Dr Jose Chacko Periappuram will flag off the event. Funds raised through the charity run will go towards Heart Care Foundation.
