THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As part of its customer service initiatives, the State Bank of Travancore, will hold open house meets on the 15th of every month at the head office, administrative offices and branches. The open house, which will be held between 3 pm and 5 pm, will look into the complaints and needs of the customers. The SBT said that it would take measures to improve customer service as per suggestions received in the open house meets. It said that the prevailing practices and procedures will be reviewed, and if required, will be modified on an ongoing basis.
