THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Offering a lavish treat for foodies in the capital, a four-day-long burger fest began in Kovalam on Thursday.
Organised by the Uday Samudra Beach Resort and Spa, the fest will feature a wide range of burgers to tickle the taste-buds of visitors. Uday Samudra executive chef Reynolds has created an exclusive menu to let the residents of the capital dwell into scrumptious and unique burgers.
On The Menu
UDS Special Double Decker: This burger consists of charcoal black sesame bun, salami and eggs over easy homemade garlic mayo and bacon.
Also on the menu are: Pumpernickel brown burger with creamy chicken, masala fried fish burger, cottage cheese burger, marinated BBQ chicken burger, smoky chicken burger, green pesto vegetable burger and cocktail prawn burger.
