Two-day poets’ meet from tomorrow

The earlier editions of this anthology have been recognised by the India Book of Records and the Limca Book of Records (2016).

VIJAYAWADA: The Cultural Centre of Vijayawada and Amaravati (CCVA) is organising the 4th International Multilingual Poets’ Meet on November 10 and 11 at Sri Sesha Sai Kalyana Vedika, Benz Circle at Vijayawada.

The two-day event will see the unveiling of CCVA’s International Multilingual Poetry Anthology ‘Amaravati Poetic Prism 2018’ showcasing 1,111 poems in 107 languages by over 630 poets from 76 countries. This unique poetry anthology is edited by Padmaja Iyengar, CCVA’s Honorary Literary Advisor.

The earlier editions of this anthology have been recognised by the India Book of Records and the Limca Book of Records (2016). Each edition has gone on to break its own previous records. On November 10 and 11, 138 poets from 16 countries will descend on Vijayawada to recite their poems in various languages.
