VIJAYAWADA: Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) uploaded the revised final syllabi for Group I and Group II tests on their official website on Monday evening. For Group I, separate syllabus for prelims and mains was listed, while for Group II, no separate syllabus was released for screening test and mains.
Group II screening test will be conducted for 150 marks if the total number of applications crossed 25,000.
The shortlisted candidates can take up Group II mains. Group II mains consist of three papers, each carrying 150 marks. The papers include General Studies and Mental Ability for Paper 1, Social History of AP and General Overview of the Constitution for Paper 2, and Planning in India and Indian Economy and Rural Benefits and Developments for Paper 3.
For Group 1, the prelims consist of two papers carrying 120 marks each. The papers include General Studies and General Aptitude. As for Group II mains, there are two language papers — English and Telugu — carrying 150 marks each, wherein the candidate has to secure minimum marks to qualify. There are five more papers.
