Andhra Pradesh RTC  union to donate Rs 2 crore for Titli-hit

The APSRTC union leaders said that the donation amount will be handed over to Chief Minister Naidu in a couple of days.

VIJAYAWADA: Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) employees have come forward to contribute Rs 2 crore for providing rehabilitation to the victims of cyclone Titli.

The APSRTC union leaders said that the donation amount will be handed over to Chief Minister Naidu in a couple of days.

Meanwhile, APSRTC chairperson Varla Ramaiah on Wednesday conducted surprise checks in three buses operating between Vijayawada- Machilipatnam at Gangur bus stop and inquired passengers about the facilities offered to them. He directed the staff to ensure punctuality and provide a safe journey to the passengers.
