HYDERABAD: TRS leaders on Sunday urged CEO Rajat Kumar to put a ban on advertisements being released in print and electronic media in Telangana by Andhra Pradesh government ruled by TDP. A representation was submitted by TRS MP Vinod Kumar and TRS Secretary Srinivas Reddy to Additional CEO Buddha Prakash Jyothi at Secretariat on Sunday.

Speaking to reporters after submitting the representation, Vinod Kumar said that AP government ruled by TDP is releasing advertisements in different media of Telangana with Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s photographs.

As TDP is contesting the Assembly polls in Telangana, it is wooing the voters of Telangana and is against Model Code violation. The CEO should intervene into the issue and see that AP advertisements are not issued in Telangana. W”e have no problem if they are released in AP as there no polls there,” MP said.
TRS has also lodged a complaint against BJP for allegedly spreading communal hatred on social media on Rohingyas.

When asked about CM Camp Office being used for political activities by TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao, Vinod Kumar failed to give a convincing reply.
