Actress Yami Gautam is a fitness enthusiast and is said to be undertaking a gruelling workout regime.

She is a regular with Hot Yoga, an exercise performed under hot and humid conditions. But she has lately taken on TRX as a new workout regime to stay fit, said a statement.

TRX uses a system of ropes, straps, bands, or slings to allow users to perform resistance exercises using their own body weight. It’s also very rigorous and requires a lot of core strength.

Yami has been busy training in TRX and she ensures that she doesn't miss a single day of working out. She feels it provides a complete workout and it is more effective than traditional weight training.

The "Vicky Donor" actress is also geared for her second Bollywood release “Aman Ki Asha”, where she is paired opposite Pakistani actor-singer Ali Zafar. She is also excited about Prabhudheva's next opposite Ajay Devgn.
