LOS ANGELES: Actor Amy Schumer, who recently tied the knot with her boyfriend Chris Fischer, invited the guests by sending them texts.

The "Trainwreck" star had shared the news of wedding on her Twitter handle and also downplayed the rumours about her pregnancy.

A source told Us Weekly, that the 36-year-old actor told guests of her wedding just two days before their 'very laid-back' beach-side vows.

"Most of the guests found out the wedding was happening from a text Amy sent.

It was, 'Hey, this is happening. If you can make it, great. If not, no worries'." said the source.

It also said that the only concern Schumer had before the big day was the weather in Malibu, California.

"It was supposed to be a crappy day but it ended up being beautiful," it added.

The wedding ceremony was attended by Larry David, Judd Apatow, Jennifer Aniston, David Spade, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Schumer's close friend Jennifer Lawrence.

Schumer and Fischer had sparked dating rumours after they were spotted dining together in New York City in early November 2017.

The "I Feel Pretty" actor was earlier in a relationship with Ben Hanisch.

They broke up in May last year after dating for two years.
