Bharti Malhotra has been making headlines for reportedly dating Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor. Now, she has finally broken her silence on all the rumours.

In an interview with a leading daily, the Delhi-based makeup artiste slammed all such reports saying that there was no link between the two and she had never met Ranbir' sister, as some of the reports claimed.

"Last week, I got a call from a friend who asked me if I was dating Ranbir Kapoor. Like any other girl with no connection to Ranbir or even Bollywood, I thought someone was playing a prank on me. Then I got to know that I was being tagged as 'Ranbir's new Delhi-based girlfriend' by a news channel," she said.

It all started when initial reports claimed that the Tamasha actor was seen together with some 'mystery girl'. And then suddenly, Bharti was suspected to be that 'mystery girl' and all her Facebook pictures were used with those reports.

Despite clearly stating that she is not dating Ranbir Kapoor, the rumour mill continue to haunt her as more juicy, false details were added to it. "Everyone started talking about it, but I have had enough of this," says a vexed Bharti.
