The actor is playing one of jail inmates in the film.
The story revolves around a group of jail inmates, who form a music band in the jail.
The film stars Diana Penty in lead and she plays the role of NGO worker who helps them.
The first schedule of the film took place in Lucknow and rest of the shoot took place in Mumbai.
Gippy plays a Punjabi person and it one of the important parts of the film; he said to have also worked on his body.
