Fitness for me is: Empowerment.
 
My fitness regimen: I run three days a week. I’ve just started Pilates twice a week. 


 
My supplements include: EnerC tablet once a day, protein shake post work out, and  Fish Oil tablet. 
 
The body part I love training: Legs.
 
The body part I hate training: My back.
 
My best body feature: My shoulder blades. 
 
I started working out at the age of: 21. 
 
My first workout was: Cardio exercises; I went to Gold’s gym in Powai.
 
I was inspired to work out by: My sister in law. She runs the full marathon. 
 
Currently the gym I go to: Yasmin’s Body Image. It’s the best gym I have been to.
 
My personal trainer: Joy Joseph, Nitesh Zanzotar.
 
I like to work out with: Myself.
 
The Bollywood actor and actress with the fittest body: Deepika Padukone and Aamir Khan (post Dangal) 
 
The days I don’t work out: I feel sluggish and demotivated. 
 
My daily diet includes: Egg whites, fruits, rice, dal, roast/boiled chicken, lots of salad and sweet potatoes.
