Alia Bhatt may not be part of Anand L’ Rai’s next

The actress has apparently opted out of the film

Tt looks like Anand L Rai’s search for the second leading lady in his untitled film with Shah Rukh Khan is far from getting over. As per the latest buzz Alia Bhatt has decided to quit the film. A source says, “After Deepika Padukone opted out,  citing  date issues. Alia was almost finalised for the film. It was also said that she will be seen playing a dwarf like Shah Rukh Khan in the film. However, now she too has said to have date issues and may not be able to be part of the film.”

The film stars Katrina Kaif and Shah Rukh will be playing double role. Earlier Deepika could not do the film because of Padmavati and later it was also reported that she left it for another Hollywood project. Alia us currently preparing and shooting for Dragon with Ranbir Kapoor and then she will start shooting for Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boys with Ranveer Singh.

Anand L Rai was to begin shooting for his film next month. If he manages to get dates from Alia or look for another actress, we will have to wait and watch.
