Popular YouTuber Radhika Bangia will be seen in the upcoming RSVP production, Bhangra Paa Le. The dance musical is directed by Sneha Taurani and stars Sunny Kaushal and Rukshar Dhillon. In the film, Radhika plays the role of a dancer who falls in love with Sunny’s character, and will be seen in several dance routines and two main songs in the film. The actor was last seen in a small appearance in High Jack (2018) alongside Sumeet Vyas.

Speaking about landing the role, Radhika said, “Yes, I am doing Bhangra Paa Le and it needs a whole lot of preparation. I have a lot of dance to do in the film so I am prepping up for that. Bhangra is much harder than it looks. So I had to change my workout to increase strength to be able to perform the difficult dance routines. I would be soon starting and I am really looking forward to the film as it is one of a kind.”

It marks the directorial debut of Sneha Taurani, daughter of music baron and film producer Ramesh Taurani. The film seeks to showcase a crossover of traditional Bhangra and western dance forms. Sneha said, “What I love about the script (by Dheeraj Rattan) is the world it takes you into where music and dance define its characters and their goals. I am hoping to showcase Bhangra in its authentic form to give the audience an idea of its history as well as modern-day adaptation. You will see the real evolution of Bhangra. A fresh pairing, energetic music and a collaborator like RSVP… I couldn’t have asked for a better debut.”
