While actress Ragini Dwivedi will be seen in full on action entertainment form in her film Ragini IPS, here is another actor, Kavita Radheshyam from B-Town, who is getting down and dirty for a raunchy song in the film, which according to her has never been seen in Kannada films.

Her song Menassina Kayi in the film has not only gone viral on social media, but also has the actor compared to  Silk Smitha, who was mainly known for her sensual roles. “I take it as a compliment when people compare me to Silk Smitha because she is a legend and has garnered attention in her own way,” says Kavita, who plays the role of a desperate housewife in the film. “I am fortunate to mark my debut in Kannada with Ragini IPS and it was a good experience working with Ragini Dwivedi and getting associated with K Manju and director Anand P Raju,” she adds.

Kavita, who started off on small screen with a TV show where she was associated with director Vikram Bhatt, later went onto silver screen with 5 Ghante Mein 5 Crore along with Pakistani actress Meera.

“What is more exciting is that I have just signed two Hindi films in Bollywood and one film is titled Main Hoon Rajinikanth, a bilingual film made in Hindi and Tamil. I might sound cliche, but I can only reveal that I play the lead role, which will go on floor from April 15. The other film, which is yet-to-be-titled, is about section 377, which deals with the LGBT community. I am right now busy preparing myself for Main Hoon Rajinikanth  which is creating a buzz, because of the name Rajinikanth,” she says
