Ishan signs his second Telugu film with Vinay Kumar Konda

Actor’s next project, with KM Chaitanya and made under Dwarakish Pictures, will have him working with a Tollywood director

Ishan, who entered tinsel town with bilingual Rogue made in Kannada and Telugu, is gearing up to for his next project with KM Chaitanya. The Kannada film, made under Dwarakish Pictures, is a remake of Tamil hit Pichaikkaran.

While he awaits for its launch, which has been planned for August 19, Ishan has accepted his second film in Telugu.

The actor will be working with none than Vinay Kumar Konda, the Tollywood director who came into the limelight with films such as Gunde Jaari Gaalanthayyinde starring Nithin and Nitya Menen, and Oka Laila Kosam starring Naga Chaitanya and Pooja Hegde.

The actor is excited about the project with Vinay.

It will be a family drama that will weave in a love story, says a source, who adds, “There is a possibility that this film will also be made in Kannada. The project is still in initial stages and a formal announcement will be made when everything is  finalised. Ishan will start on this project sometime this year.”

With two good films in the actor’s kitty, Ishan is rearing to go.
