Glam doll Mishti gets the girl-next-door look

Nanda Kishore, who is currently directing Manoranjan’s second film has brought in Bollywood actress Mishti Chakraborty to Sandalwood.

Mishti  made her debut in Subhash Ghai’s Kaanchi and has also made her mark in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu industry.

The actress joined the cast on the sets of her first Kannada film a while ago Mysuru. So far she has completed four days of shoot.

City Express got hold of the first look of Mishti, who is paried opposite Manoranjan. Mishti is sporting a girl-the-next-door look in the movie.

The film, which is a remake of Tamil hit Velaiilla Pattadhari feature Dhanush and she is reprising the role of Amala Paul, who played in the original. Joining the lead pair on the sets is actor Sai Kumar and Sitara who will be featured as father and mother to the hero.

The crew, which is yet to decide on the film’s title is temporarily camped at Mysuru till February 28.
They are currently shooting crucial scenes in a house for the movie, which is made under Rockline Productions.
