While Amy Jackson’s role in The Villain is yet to be officially announced, Sruthi Hariharan of Beautiful Manasugalu joins the crew. The actress has been paired opposite Shivarajkumar and says she is excited to work with the Century Star for the first time.
The film directed by Prem also features Sudeep in the lead. The actress did a photoshoot along with Shivanna on Saturday and, according to her, he comes across as a humble person.
Interestingly, her association with Shivarajkumar started much earlier, she shares with City Express.
“Though this is the first time I will be sharing screen with him, I had met him first at his house to train him for a dance. He was to perform at an award show. At that time, I went as an assistant to choreographer Imran Sardhariya.
I still remember those few hours of training Shivanna. It was so pleasant, getting an opportunity to dance with him... he even took my name on stage and thanked me. That was very humble of him,” says Sruthi.
“This is what I shared with him during the short conversation we had during our photo shoot.” she adds.
The film is produced by C R Manohar and the makers will follow up with a teaser and do a photoshoot with Sudeep.
