Shivanna returns to Mass Leader sets, finishes song shoot

Shivarajkumar, who resumed work last week, first showed up to complete the pending song shoot for Mass Leader. The introductory song was shot over the last two days at Minerva Mills.

Vijay Raghavendra also participated in the shoot along with Shivanna.
The lyrics of the song, written by Dr Nagendra Prasad, talks about leadership qualities. The song, rendered by actor and singer Chetan Gandarva, has been set to music by Veer Samarth.

With this song shoot, the movie’s work is done and the whole set closed the shoot with a selfie.
Produced by Tarun Shivappa and Hardik Gowda, Mass Leader directed by Narasimha has touched upon cross- border issues, and Shivarajkumar has been featured in the role of an army officer. Now in post-production stages, the filmmakers are targeting an August release, closer to Independence Day.

The film with an ensemble cast including Pranitha Subhash in the female lead and Kitty’s daughter Parinitha. Vijay Raghavendra, Yogesh, Gururaj Jaggesh, Sharmiela Mandre, Vamsi Krishna and Ashika Ranganath also play important roles.
Shivarajkumar will head to Bangkok this week where shooting for The Villain is currently on. He will come back and start his next schedule for Suri’s Tagaru.
