Yet-to-be titled film produced by Ramu will be actor’s second in Kannada and will be directed by Lucky Shankar; Work on it to start from December, before which an announcement will be made by the producers
Ishan, who entered tinsel town with the bilingual Rogue, has many producers and directors from Kannada and Telugu industries interested in working with him. The young actor can afford to take his pick from subjects and filmmakers.
Ishan, along with his brother and producer CR Manohar, has gone through a series of scripts and has decided that his next will be a Kannada film. In this movie, the actor steps up his game by working with producer Ramu. This will the 38th film to be made under Ramu Enterprises and it will be directed by Shankar (popularly known as Lucky Shankar in Sandalwood).
City Express has these details so far and we await the big official announcement from the production end, which we hear will be made soon. Along with this announcement, the team will reveal more details such the movie title, budget and the plotline.
Apparently, it was the script that drew the producer, actor and the director to this project. Ramu felt that only Ishan could do justice to this story and the final call was taken after a round of discussions with the actor’s brother Manohar, who also felt that the script would fit Ishan right and was happy that his brother will work with such a well-known producer. This project would give Ishan an opportunity to work under a different banner.
While Shankar is said to have been focussed on the subject for the past one year, Ramu was easily fascinated by the story. The producer is taking a keen interest in the moviemaking and even giving his creative inputs for it. The team is now preparing for the shoot to start, with location hunt and casting work being done. The movie will go on floors most likely from December. We are curious to know what is the project that has brought Ramu, Ishan and Shankar together.
