As the film Seizer gets set to release this week, debutant Vinay Krishna is having mixed feelings. Excited to see his first film hit theatres, he is puzzled because in spite of bringing in a cast with big names, the film is not getting the right kind of promotion. With Chiranjeevi Sarja playing the lead, the film features Ravi Chandran and Prakash Raj in pivotal roles, with Parul Yadav as the female lead.

However, its only Chiranjeevi who has been talking about the film and doing rounds with the director. “I don’t know whether to call it unfortunate, but I heard both Ravichandran and Prakash Raj are busy with other work, and it will be wrong on my part to disturb them. As for Parul Yadav, she has reportedly told the media that she has payment issues and will not be promoting the film,” says the director.

Vinay, not perturbed by the absense of the cast, is confident about his film. About Seizer taking three years in the making, Vinay says that that much time was required. “I have tapped into the personal experience of me running a car business in the film, and story alone took me a year to complete. I also took equal amount of time for post-production work. However, I have a good product now. My efforts have borne fruit  with producer Trivikram Sapalaya now planning to release Seizer in four south Indian languages,” he says.Seizer has music by Chandan Shetty and cinematography by Anji and Rajesh Kata.
