Oru Naal Varum to release on May 7

Mohanlal will be sharing screen space with Sreenivasan once again after six years in Oru Naal Varum.

Malayalam superstar Mohanlal will be sharing screen space with the talented Sreenivasan once again after six years, in actor Manian Pillai Raju’s production venture, Oru Naal Varum, which is directed by Rajiv Kumar. The duo last worked together in Udayananu Tharam.

The film has finished shooting and is in its post production stage right now. It is scheduled to hit screens on May 7 and is going to be Mohanlal’s big summer release.

Mohanlal expressed that it was a pleasure working on Oru Naal Varum, with Srini, Raju, and Rajiv. He is glad they finished the whole movie completely in one schedule.

In the film, Mohanlal will be seen playing a rural farmer who comes to Thiruvananthapuram after selling everything in his village for the sake of his children's higher education. He buys a plot of land and wants to build a house in the city. After drawing the plan of his new house, he submits it to the Town Planning officer (Sreenivasan) at the Corporation office. His troubles begin from then on. Oru Naal Varum is scripted by Sreenivasan.
