KOCHI: Not many know this but Prithviraj was more interested in cinematography and direction before getting into films. That however changed after he became an actor. Recently, he made his debut as a playback singer too.
The young actor now plans to add another feather to his cap.
Prithivraj has by now floated a film production company with Santhosh Sivan, the acclaimed cinematographer. August Cinema is the name of the banner.
The two would be seen working together in as ‘August Cinema’. Prithviraj’s debut film as producer will be ‘Urumi’.
Prithviraj and Santosh Sivan had worked together recently in Mani Ratnam’s ‘Raavanan’. They had teamed up together for the first time in ‘Ananthabhadram’, the blockbuster hit film in Malayalam.
