The year 2009 hasn't been great for Narain as he didn’t have any big offers in both Kollywood and Malayalam film industry. The actor started shooting for ‘Pookadai Ravi’, but that was shelved due to financial constraints. His Malayalam movie ‘Robin Hood’ didn’t yield him favorable results as well.

But now, he has good news as filmmaker Ramesh has approached him for a film titled ‘Thambi Kottai’. The film is produced by producer Balasundaram’s (Devar Films) son-in-law R.K. Suresh and features Poonam Bajwa in female lead role.

Yesteryear actors Prabhu and Meena will perform prominent roles along with Sangeetha, Kausalya, Aarthi, M S Bhaskar, Santhanam, Kanga Karuppu, Manobala, Alex, Rajendran, Crane Manohar and Muthukalai….

D. Imman has scored music for this film and Kannan has cranked the camera.
