Swathi

Some Vadacurry, that’s what! Shooting is just about to kick-off for Dayanidhi Alagiri’s new project, playfully titled Vadacurry. Produced by his new production house Meeka Entertainment, the film will go on floors on August 19. The film stars the successful lead pair from Subramaniapuram, who is all set to continue their Kangal Irandal romance. The film will supposedly portray Swathi in a completely different light. Thanks to the makeover given to her by the film’s costume designer, Anusha Dhayanidhi. The pretty lady, who had earlier sung the popular Balle Lakka in the Ajith- starrer Mankatha, is now making her debut as a costume designer with Vadacurry.

Title design of the movie was released just a couple of days ago — an interesting looking apple suspended in front of a red background.

The film is directed by debutant Saravanan Raja while the music will be handled by Kolaveri sensation Anirudh Ravichander. The film is touted to be a full-on comedy.
