After a Telugu flick, O My Friend, actors Hansika and Siddharth are teaming up again, but in Tamil this time.

The film, titled Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru (TVSK), is directed by Sundar C, who also produces the film along with UTV. The film is a love story with oodles of family sentiment and comedy thrown in. TVSK is the 27th film of director Sundar C.

The story line revolves around an IT professional, played by actor Siddharth, whose family strongly believes in love marriages. Siddharth, for whom the true love keeps eluding, meets Hansika finally and tries his best to win her affections. He is aided in this by his good friend, played by actor Santhanam, who adds to the comedy track. This is the second UTV production actors Santhanam and Hansika will share the screen space in, after Settai.

Actor Vidyu Raman, who debuted in Neethane En Ponvasantham, is also part of the film and actor Ganesh Venkatraman plays an important role as well.

Music director Sathya of Engeyum Eppodhum fame and cinematographer Gopi Amarnath of Pizza fame are important members of the technical crew.
