Kamal Haasan Meets President at Delhi for the Ambassadors of the Clean India Campaign

While he is doing his bit for the Clean India Campaign, Kamal Hassan, is also intent on helping technicians and artistes in the film industry enhance their skills.

Actor Kamal Haasan joined other celebrities, such as Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Amala Nagarjuna, Shankar Mahadevan, and Sachin Tendulkar, at a banquet hosted recently by President Pranab Mukherjee at New Delhi for the ambassadors of the Clean India Campaign. Sources said that ways and means to strengthen the campaign were discussed and that the President and the Prime Minister heard suggestions of the ambassadors in this regard. The ambassadors also accepted suggestions by President Mukherjee and took an oath to strengthen the campaign.

While he is doing his bit for the Clean India Campaign, Kamal Hassan, is also intent on helping technicians and artistes in the film industry enhance their skills.  Under the guidance of Kamal Haasan, who is the chairman of the Media & Entertainment Skills Council, president of the All India Film Employees Confederation (AIFEC) G Shiva will organise a three-day workshop on Recognition of Prior Learning for about 10,000 people currently working in the film industry
