Simbu Suffers Injuries During Stunt Sequence

The actor, who was treated immediately, has been advised rest by the doctors, therefore, shooting has been postponed.

Sources close to the actor said the mishap occurred when Simbu was shooting for the climax sequence of Gautham Vasudev menon's Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada on Wednesday.

Says a source, "The team was shooting the climax sequence in Adyar when a stunt went wrong. As a result, Simbu sustained injuries to his face. His cheek was swollen and he had injuries on his nose as well. Director Gautham stopped shooting and issued instructions for him to be taken to a nearby hospital quickly.

The actor, who was treated immediately, has been advised rest by the doctors. Therefore, shooting has been postponed.

The team of Achcham yenbadu madamaiyada is on the verge of completing the project. Just a week's shoot is left to complete the film, which features Manjima Mohan as the heroine.
