The trailer of Simbu starrer Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada directed by Gautham Menon was released on the 31st of December in youtube and has received accolades with more than 25 lakh views in 2 weeks. It was a boost for the actor who was mired in the beep song controversy.
The song in the trailer was also praised by many, increasing expectations for the music by AR Rahman. It was this same combo of AR Rahman, Gautham Menon and Simbu which delivered the super hit movie 'Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaya'.
The makers have now released a single from the movie titled " Thalli Pogathey". The song has been sung by Sid Sriram, Aparna Narayanan, ADK and the lyrics are by Thamarai.
A shorter version of this song was released with the trailer and now the full song has been released just before AR Rahman's concert 'Nenje Ezhu" in Chennai.
