Chandran of Kayal fame is all set to play an IT professional in his next, directed by newbie Sai Sudharshan, who was a part of Naalaiya Iyakkunar, on a popular TV channel. Satna Titus, of Pichaikaran fame, will play the female lead in this yet-to-be-titled flick!

“So far, I have sported only rugged looks in all my movies. For the first time, I am playing myself on screen and it’s an urban-based role. So, for a change, the audience will see me in colourful clothes,” Chandran laughs.

I wanted to do the film because the script, director and cast are really good,” he said, adding that the film highlighted the nightlife of Chennai and loosely revolved around the life of an IT guy, which took a U-turn after a series of incidents.

I won’t repeat what I have done on screen — at least for my next ten movies,” he says. The film is produced by Raghunathan of Two Movie Buffs.
