Look who is hitting the gym to beef up!

Sporting a six pack is still a craze in Kollywood and it comes as a bit of a surprise when we hear SJ Suryah has also been bitten by the bug. The Iraivi actor is the latest among the older generation to work  on muscles, biceps and broad shoulders for the AR Murugadoss-Mahesh Babu project. Sources say that he’s undergoing some insane training and workout sessions in Mumbai to get the look of a beefed up killer body! Well, it looks like he’s on a crash diet as well.

“With Suryah playing a baddie in the film, he’s concentrating on his looks now. He has been hitting the gym rigorously. His fitness trainer has prescribed him a diet schedule, which he’s following strictly. He might have this look for the climax portions,” added the source.

Touted to be a stylish action thriller, this untitled Telugu-Tamil bilingual, will have Mahesh playing an intelligence officer, besides Dheepa Ramanujam, Priyadarshi Pullikonda and RJ Balaji in supporting roles.Harris Jayaraj has been roped in to compose the music and Santhosh Sivan cranks the camera. The film, set to be released next year, is jointly produced by Tagore Madhu and NV Prasad.
