Reba Monica John on board for Daavu

We had told you that Rambala of Dhilluku Dhuddu fame is directing a rom-com with Kayal Chandran, titled Daavu.

Now, it has been confirmed that Reba Monica John, who starred in Jacobinte Swargarajyam with Nivin Pauly, will be the heroine.

The actor has also signed Nitinsathyaa’s debut production venture opposite Jai last week.

Daavu’s shooting has already started in Chennai, and the project will be completed in 35 days. For the subsequent schedules, the team will head to Karaikudi, Puducherry and the Northeast, according to sources.

Produced by Two Movie Buffs, the film will have music by Santhosh Dayanidhi.
