HYDERABAD: Senior Telugu character Artist Vizag Prasad passed away due to cardiac arrest at a Corporate Hospital here in the early hours of Sunday.
He was 75 and survived by wife and two children. Prasad was suffering from health problems for quite some time.
Prasad's real name is 'Korlam Parvathi Varaprasada Rao'. He hailed from Gopalapatnam in Visakhapatnam.
Prasad had acted as a character artist in more than 170 films including ''Nuvvu Nenu''. He also acted in several TV serials .
People from Telugu film industry expressed their deep condolences to the bereaved family members.
