The no-confidence motion debate began with first time Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MP Jayadev Galla's speech. 'Andhra Pradesh is languishing in services and the state has been reduced to an agrarian state after bifurcation,' he said. 'Lack of trust, lack priority, lack of fairness, lack of unbiased approach of BJP, are the reasons for moving a no-confidence motion,' he added. (Photo | PTI)
