Ingredients
● Edimame steamed: 1 cup
● Nutrella boiled: 2 cups
● Mushroom: 1/3 cup
● Bean sprouts: 1/3 cup
● Gram lentil boiled: 1/ 2 cup
● Onion chopped: 1 medium
● Tomato purée: 1/2 cup
● Salt: 2 tsp
● Red chilli powder: 2 tsp
● Garlic chopped: 2 tsp
● Olive oil: 1 tbsp
● Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
● Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Method
● In a pan heat oil and brown garlic and onion
● Add tomato purée sauté for 5 minutes till oil leaves sides
● Add seasoning, soya and vinegar
● Stir in all other ingredients and sauté for 2-3 minutes
● Serve hot
