Ingredients
● Iceberg lettuce 1 cup
● Red lettuce 1 cup
● Baby spinach 1/2 cup
● Corn kernels 1/4 cup
● Boiled Beetroot julienne
4 tbsp
● Pineapple 1 cup
● Vinegar 1 tbsp
● Honey 1 tbsp
● Kafir lime 4 leaves
● Salt to taste
● Black salt 1 tsp
● Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
● Water 4-5 tbsp
● Nacho 1/2 cup
Method
● In a blender put all the spices, honey vinegar pineapple and water blend into a smooth dressing
● Mix in all the other ingredients in a serving bowl and pour the dressing
● Sprinkle naxos on top
● Mix well and serve chilled
