Ingredients
● One cup boiled chana lentil
● One cup boiled chickpeas
● Salt to taste
● 2 tsp cumin powder
● 2 chopped green chillis
● 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Method
● Blend all the ingredients in a food processor
● Make small balls
● Spread into a patty shape with moist palms
● Deep fry in oil till light golden
● Remove by a slotted spoon and place on absorbing paper
● Cut each of them into four pieces, length wise
● Deep-fry again till dark brown
● Remove excess oil
● Serve sprinkled with chat masala with mint chutney
