Red chilli pickle

Ingredients
● Red large achar chilli whole
● Oil: 100  ml plus 2 tbsp
● Salt: 50 gm
● Turmeric: 2 tbsp
● Dry mango powder: 2 tbsp
● Chili flakes: 1 tbsp
● Fenugreek seeds: 2 tbsp
● Cumin: 2 tbsp
● fennel seeds: 2 tbsp
● Carom seeds: 1 tbsp
● Black mustard seeds: 2 tbsp

Method
● In a blender, blend fenugreek, fennel, carom and mustard seeds till in powder form
● Remove in a bowl and add in salt turmeric, dry mango powder and 2 tbsp oil, mix well
● Remove the chilli stem and pull out the core 
● Stuff the spice mix in whole chilli
● Place stuffed chillies in a jar 
● Add in oil and keep in a warm dry place for 3-4 days  
● The  pickle is ready
