Smoked bathua raita

Ingredients
● Curd 1 kg
● Salt to taste
● Cumin powder 2tsp
● Hing 1/2 tsp
● Bathua  chopped finely and washed thoroughly
● Burning coal for smoking (heat the coal on a burner till it starts burning)

Method
● Whisk the curd and mix the spices 
● Add the bathua to it
● In a bowl smoke the coal  and add a teaspoon of ghee
● Now place the bowl on the raita and cover the raita bowl for five minutes 
● Remove the cover, and serve the raita chilled
