After having made her debut in the movie 16th December in 2006, Dipannita Sharma has always done little yet well received roles in movies like My Brother Nikhil and Ladies v/s Ricky Behl while balancing it wonderfully with her modelling career. With three movies in her kitty, 2014 seems to be the most upbeat year for Dipannita. The 36-year-old, who has learnt Latin ballroom  and Latin bhangra believes that dance is the best of form exercise.

Secret habit

For me it’s lots of sleep, at least 10 hours, to which I attribute my health to.

Health achievement

Giving up raw sugar. I have an extreme sweet tooth, so I knew I couldn’t give up sweets but just giving up raw sugar in coffee , tea etc. has made a big difference.

Favourite exercises

I’m not into weights and I also exercise in moderation because of my high metabolic rate. I usually pick up an activity that interests me and at the same time works on the body every few months. For toning my legs, I just do basic squats at home. So, sometimes it could be yoga, tai chi or sometimes it could just be dancing.

I change my food groups every now and then. I am essentially a rice eater but I also try and eat rotis for dinner, as it is not very healthy to eat rice at night.
